RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Saros The Label has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions and are returned in a sellable condition. If they are returned but rejected, the item/s will be returned to the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

We understand returning your order can be tedious so we suggest following the below steps to help the process run smoothly and efficiently:

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at info@sarosthelabel.com.au which is where you’ll provide your order number, the items you wish to return and why.

  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you our return address.

  3. Bring the package to your local post office to process the return. Please note: the return shipping fee are at the customer’s expense.

  4. Keep the receipt provided to you by the post office as a proof of return. Take a picture of the receipt and reply to our email advising the package has been sent off.

  5. Once the package has been returned to us and after it meets our quality test standards, you will receive a store credit or exchange.

We advise contacting us first regarding your return before sending the items back. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. The postage fees for a returned international order will be at the expense of the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Every product is checked before packing to ensure 100% product quality and service so no hassles once you've received your goods.

As soon as our team packs and dispatches your order, it is in the hands of the carrier. Saros The Label isn't liable for any damages made during transit by the carrier.

However, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@sarosthelabel.com.au if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the email, please include:

  • Order number

  • Pictures of the product as a whole, the damage/s and the out of the packaging.

We will then be in contact with you to determine the next steps. If the issue is accepted, you will have to follow the return process above. Once the package is returned, we will provide you with a store credit and free shipping for your next order.

Please do not return the items before contacting us.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, free items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges, however our process to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using store credit provided to you.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You have the right to cancel an order IF you email us before the order has been dispatched. If the order is dispatched then we will reject the cancellation.

 

REFUNDS

We do NOT give refunds, only store credit.

Saros The Label ships Worldwide!

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact info@sarosthelabel.com.au.

We ship our parcels through Australia Post. See below for postage fees.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the carrier attempts to deliver your order and you are not home, please take the necessary steps to retrieve the order.

DISPATCH

We dispatch your order within 48 hours of when you purchased.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We are currently offering local delivery for free to those located 12km from where we’re located in Braeside. If you are close to the border of the 12km radius, send an email to info@sarosthelabel.com.au or DM us on Instagram to let us know so we can accommodate.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

TAXES & DUTIES

All applicable customs and broker fees along with taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the customs agent to release your package. We have no control over possible delays due to customs once the package has left Australia.

DELIVERY TIME & DELAYS

*Please note our delivery times are based off estimations provided to us by Australia Post, there can be delays due to delivery outside of metro areas etc. However, we will ensure your package arrives safely and as efficiently as possible.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 days of purchase, please contact us.

 

DELIVERY & ORDER COST

The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). We do have a currency conversion on our website so you can see the prices in your local currency.
