Frequently asked questions

  • What size should I order?
    Since some of our products are true-to-size and some oversized, we suggest checking our size guide for exact product measurements.
  • Do you do same day delivery?
    At the moment we do not provide a same day delivery service, we will be in the near future. However, we are offering local delivery for areas within 12km of where we are based in the South-East.
  • What types of delivery options do you have?
    We ship Worldwide! For Australian Orders, we offer: Standard Shipping Express Shipping Local Delivery (within 12km of where we’re based) For International Orders, we only offer Standard delivery. Feel free to read more information on our shipping policy.
  • Where is my order?
    Once you've placed your order, you should receive a confirmation email. When your package has ben dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you, including a tracking number. If you cannot see anything on the tracking number, we suggest wait a couple more days for the courier to update it. However, if you haven't received an email to notify you of your order being dispatched and it has been 3 days since your order was placed, please contact us here.
  • What is the 'Return Policy'?

  • What if my item is faulty?
    Every product is checked before packing to ensure 100% product quality and service so no hassles once you've received your goods. As soon as our team packs and dispatches your order, it is in the hands of the carrier. Saros The Label isn't liable for any damages made during transit by the carrier. However, we do suggest contacting us through info@sarosthelabel.com.au with your order details, images of the product as a whole and a close up of the damage within 7 days of receiving the order for our team to determine next steps.
  • How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
    We will have your order dispatched within 48 hours of when you purchased.
  • If I need to return my order, what is the process? Do I get a refund?
    As long as you return your order within 7 days of receiving it and given that it meets our quality test standards when returned to the warehouse, you will receive a store credit. If you are lodging a return, please read our step-by-step guide on how to successfully complete the return process here. *Please note: returns are at customers expense.
